We produce vegetable oils with 2 main production methods, namely original production methods, pure and natural. These two main production methods are;
First, for Stable Natural Vegetable Oils; Cold pressed vegetable oil production process;
Secondly, for Volatile Natural Herbal Oils; Water Vapor Distillation is the volatile aromatic oil production process.

We purchase oil seeds, seeds and medicinal aromatic plants grown in Türkiye directly from farmer sources, perform quality controls and store them in our vegetable oil production factory. Oil plants, seeds and seeds that are harvested correctly in season come to our production facility. They are classified according to organic production and conventional production processes in our production facility. They are stored in our factory raw material warehouse under suitable environment and hygienic conditions.
It is processed fresh according to the needs and orders of our customers. We store the products as raw materials, not as vegetable oil, until orders and demands occur.
After our customers' vegetable oil demands are formed, seeds and kernels are processed in the cold press oil production line, and plants, leaves, roots, stems and flowers are processed in the water vapor distillation essential oil production line, and we supply our customers with fresh, pure and highest quality vegetable oils throughout the year.
Oil seeds and aromatic plants are seasonal. For this reason, we analyze our customers' average vegetable oil needs throughout the year and stock raw materials according to possible demands. For this reason, the quality standard of the first batch of vegetable oil our customers buy from Naturalis OLEA is exactly the same as the last batch of vegetable oil they buy in the same year.
